Who We Are
United Property Management Group is a full service real estate property management firm established by Larry Goodman and Nick Raineri.
Mr. Goodman became a licensed Florida real estate broker in 1980 and has managed and operated dozens of large, complex real estate projects. Mr. Goodman has experience in both commercial and residential projects including construction, financing, leasing, sales and management. Larry graduated from University of Miami with a dual degree in Real Estate and Business Administration.
Mr. Raineri is a successful real estate agent who manages a large hedge fund portfolio of South Florida properties and has formed numerous strategic partnerships with local contractors. Nick graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
As a team, the duo leverages their experience, technology, and network to provide comprehensive and personally designed solutions to tenants and owners throughout South Florida.
